Mine and my family's stay was amazing! The manager Giselle, was incredibly professional and nice! I had a made a mistake with my reservation and she took care of it and informed of how to reserve again in the future through he Honors app/program. The hotel is so squared away and clean!! The team there takes pride in there work and it shows! This is a hotel will be one i me andu family will stay whenever we are in the Dells!
First time staying at this location. Front dest rep was good at his job. Lobby was best ive seen at Hilton hotels so far... Room was a double queen and amazing layout but 4 of 5 cleanliness of bathroom.
I like staying at the garden inn. The staff are very friendly and kind. The last time I was there they were doing renovations and it was a little annoying. But when we arrived this trip and saw the place. We were please. Everything felt brand new, even the parking lot looks good. My kids had a blast in the pool while we were enjoyed the hot tubs outside. Thumps up to the breakfast chef. My kids loved the cheese omelet. We can’t wait to stay there again.
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wisconsin Dells on August 9, and the experience was awesome. It appears that they have recently renovated the place. The cleanliness and ambiance were a plus. My fiancée and I spent 3 nights there and dined at the Dell Bar. Our room keys provided us with a 10% discount there, which was excellent. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
We stayed here as a family of four and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the poolside seating where we could relax and keep an eye on them. Breakfast each morning was a big hit with lots of options for adults and kiddos. We’ll definitely stay here again!
One of my favorite hotels to stay at in the Dells area! It’s always been calm and relaxing when I’ve visited (though I’ve never stayed during the busy summer season). I absolutely love the two outdoor hot tubs — in the winter it feels magical to sit outside and relax in the warm water while surrounded by the cold air. They also have an indoor hot tub if you prefer that option. The bar being accessible from both the lobby and the pool room is such a cool perk. My only two very small complaints are that breakfast isn’t included like it is at many Hiltons, and the outdoor pools are visible from the lobby, which feels a little awkward. Still, those are minor things — overall this hotel is fantastic and definitely worth staying at!
We got a double queen room with a balcony and we are so impressed! The balcony is huge and very private. We have a beautiful view. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely be staying here again. The lobby is also very nice when. You walk-in. The staff are dressed professionally and have a nice presence.
This hotel was very clean and also very quiet at night. Granted I stayed there on a weekday, but it was nice to not hear any noise. The two employees I interacted with were also very friendly.
